Preconstruction

Pre-construction services are used for efficiently planning a construction project before the actual construction begins. To perform this effectively, your precon team must have applied knowledge of all areas of construction, but more importantly, they must have the field experience with actually building a project to completion in order to generate realistic and usable plans. Design-Build

Whether you need a Design-Build Contractor to realize your project from concept to completion, or a Design-Assist Team to improve the efficiency of the design/planning phase of your project, Clement Building Company provides the skills, resources, and services necessary to make your project a reality.

As Design Assist, our role is to provide design assistance to your architect or engineer by representing the concerns of the potential General Contractor throughout the design phase of a project. We serve as an integral and active member of the design team by recommending best practices and realistic solutions as needed, and ultimately as the General Contractor’s link to the design process.

As Design-Build, we provide integrated design and construction services from the conceptual stage to final project delivery, including: selection of architect, establishment of cost budgets, monitoring of the design phase, construction management, and final completion of construction. Since design-build relies on a single-point-of-responsibility contract, your risks are minimized and the delivery schedule is significantly reduced by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. In essence, Clement Building Company becomes your “master-builder,” applying decades of hands-on estimating, resourcing, and construction management experience to the successful completion of your project.

Construction Management

Your Construction Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and control of your project from beginning to completion. As such, our goal is meeting your requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project. When you engage Clement Building Co. to be your Construction Project Manager (CPM), we’ll bring decades of experience, resources and know-how to keep your project on track and within your budget. We don’t assign your project to an associate PM who may or may not have the experience needed to supervise and guide your project. Our Principals serve as your eyes, ears and expertise while the project is underway, and they ensure proper delivery when your project is completed. That’s the Clement Difference!
